The artist retains full copyright to all artwork created, including mock-ups and final pieces. This means the artist may produce prints, calendars, and other items using the image of the artwork. Commissioned portraits may be displayed in the artist’s website gallery and on social media platforms. Clients who prefer their commissioned portraits not be shared online must notify the artist before work begins.

To secure your spot on my waiting list, please make a 30% deposit via PayPal, debit or credit card, or bank transfer (for UK customers only). If you don’t have a PayPal account don't worry, I can send you an invoice, allowing you to pay with a debit card just like any other online purchase.

Once your portrait is completed and approved, I will pack and weigh it before invoicing you for the remaining balance. This amount will vary based on the size of the portrait and its destination. To get an approximate shipping cost, just let me know your country and the size of the portrait you’d like to commission, and I’ll provide you with an estimated delivery quote.

All orders are securely shipped with a tracking number to the address provided at checkout. For gift orders, items can be sent directly to the recipient. Please ensure the recipient’s address is specified at the time of ordering.

Clients are entitled to a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of their first payment, whether in full or as an installment. During this period, they may cancel their order and receive a full refund. Cancellations must be submitted via email, and upon cancellation, the client will forfeit their place on the waiting list.

If an order is canceled after the 7-day period, the payment will be retained to cover loss of business, including the artist’s time, administrative work, correspondence, mock-ups, and payment processing fees.

If an order is canceled after work on the portrait has commenced, all payments made will be retained to cover the artist’s time, materials, and associated costs.

Upon receiving the approved portrait, clients have 7 days to request any changes. If the portrait needs to be returned for alterations, the client is responsible for covering the shipping costs both to and from the artist

Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and can be used toward any commission or items available in the online shop. Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Portraits are carefully packaged to ensure their safe delivery. However, in the unlikely event of damage during transit, please provide a photo of the damaged artwork as soon as possible. Depending on the severity of the damage, the artwork may need to be returned. A replacement portrait will be created at no additional cost and added to the client waiting list.

There is often a client waiting list, and lead times may vary depending on the time of year and the number of portraits already scheduled. An estimated completion date will be provided upon enquiry. For specific deadlines, such as birthdays or special occasions, every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

The artist will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.

Every effort is made to ensure the prints accurately reflect the originals; however, a 100% match cannot be guaranteed due to variations in scanning settings and individual monitor or screen displays

All items for sale, including commissions, are not subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). Please note that import duties may apply in some countries, and any such charges are the sole responsibility of the client
